Dare to Drink the Water

Alrighty guys, I know it has been a few weeks since my last post, but things have been a little crazy on my end (per the usual), so just continue to bear with me and I'm going to try to be more consistent on posting content. I'm going to try to get on a schedule so y'all will actually know when to expect a post instead of them just kind of materializing on their own... but again, just bear with me and we'll figure it out!
So anyways, even though things have kind of started opening back up and people in Texas have tried to resume some form of "normalcy", I have still found myself still binge-watching Netflix and Disney+ like there's no tomorrow. During one of my binge-watching sessions, I decided to watch Frozen 2 (which is one of my favorite Disney movies for the record), and during the movie, Olaf makes a pretty bold statement about water having memory. He says that the water that is in us right now has passed through at least four other animals or humans before and remembers EVERYTHING. Pretty awe-inspiring huh? There's no way that can be true... right? OR CAN IT?
Well, needless to say, I had a lot of the same questions that you had, so I decided to do some research, and the following information that I am about to drop on you is what I found out.
So this whole theory of water having memory all began with Samuel Hahnemann, a German scientist, presented the original idea of homeopathy (the idea that the substances that caused symptoms of a disease in a healthy person could be used to cure the symptoms of a disease in a sick person). Most of the scientific community criticized the idea, but Jacques Benveniste tried to prove to the world that homeopathy was a valid theory. in 1988, he performed an experiment and published a paper stating that the particles in water are biologically active, and the term "water memory" was coined to help describe the phenomenon that water could retain memory.
However, multiple different teams have tried to repeat the experiment to see if they get the same results, and every attempt has provided inconclusive results. Regardless of whether this mysterious hypothesis is proven true or not, water has many fascinating and mysterious qualities that are still theorized about. To go hand-in-hand with the above-mentioned theory, there is also discussion that water is a medium of consciousness. Due to the malleability and structure of water, it is thought that water can hold energetic imprints from substances, activities, and frequency of thought to which that water has been exposed to.
It is also thought human emotions can leave a strong impression on water. This is where the idea of holy water comes from to a degree. It is believed that the frequency of prayer corrects the water within our bodies, and it is also theorized that thoughts and feelings of love not only affect the water within ourselves, but the water and the world around us, because love increases the frequency that imprints on water.
Believe me, I know this stuff may seem kinda out there and hard to believe, but keep sticking with me, because I promise we're going someplace cool... and it's all going to make sense.
Another example of the thoughts and emotions of humans affecting water is seen in Dr. Emoto's crystals. HIs crystals were meant to show how water of different "quality" created different types of crystals. Water that had been exposed to loving and uplifting influences/people formed crystals of beautiful symmetry, while water that was left to itself or was exposed to negative influences and feelings did not grow much.
Lastly, Russian physicist, Konstantin Korotkov, developed a technique using ‘bioelectography’ that can register light emmissions from living things, including water. His instruments ‘see’ biophotons which indicate the health and vitality of the subject from which they emanate, whether it be a human or a drop of water. Korotkov’s studies showed that subtle changes of intention alter the strength and quality of light emissions from humans and water. Which, to me, justify so many "feelings" about "vibes" and being able to "feel" people's intentions before you truly know them. But that's beside the point!
First of all, water is an extremely resilient molecule. Every molecule on this Earth has been around for millions upon millions of years. Because the same molecules have been around for so long, all of this water connects all of us in some way, shape or form (considering we all have to have it to live and it has been a part of other organisms)... just like the Lord connects all of us together. We are connected by the Spirit that is within all of us as believers ("For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants." Isaiah 44:3).
Second of all, all of this talk about water and how our feelings and emotions can affect not only the water within us, but the water AROUND us shows how important our presence and our emotions are... and how important it is to be in control of them. When we speak and feel life, the environment reflects that. For example, you can FEEL an "energy vampire" ( a person who is clearly unhappy/doesn't want to be there/ has a bad attitude) in a room before you ever really see or talk to them. Our energy and feelings have broader consequences on the environment and the people around us that we could ever imagine, so we have to act accordingly.
I also feel the need to point out the amount of times the Bible points out water and how important it is to not only our physical life, but our spiritual life as well.
But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life. - John 4:14
Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’ - John 7:38
And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. - Isaiah 58:11
And this is only 3 of multiple verses talking about how key it is that our hearts and our "water" and our spirit need to be in the right place, and how we can only get the everlasting water from the source- the Lord Himself. And the crazy thing is- there's no expensive or radical price for this everlasting water (that gives you ETERNAL LIFE might I add). We just have to believe in what the Lord did for us on the cross and the fact that He beat death. Then, after that, we just have to be willing to be a spring, and leave places better than we found it with our new Spirit. Seems pretty easy to me!
So today, my challenge is pretty simple- DARE TO DRINK THE WATER. Believe and take water from the spring that gives us everlasting life. Take the lessons that God has given us and apply them. Be obedient and watch your joy increase and spill over. Dare to become a fountain of life yourself, because the water knows. The world knows. It feels us. It connects us. So drink the water, and let your Spirit change the world. Love you all so very much and I cannot wait to roll out some more content for y'all to read and share!
Here's some links for the sources that I got my information from so if y'all want to look at some of these interesting theories, too, feel free! Also, I included a link to a page that has 100 Bible verses that involve water, so you can check those out, too! Have a great week and drink the water!
